Anyone fancy coming to visit me at the start of next year? I have just discovered a great deal with Austrian Airlines. Flights from London to Sydney for $1099 + taxes. That's about ₤600 including taxes. Bargain! Of course then you'd have to pay for your flight from Sydney (check out Virgin Blue and JetStar for cheap flights) but it wouldn't cost too much.
